To get your adsense account activated, please note that you need to have your site / blog up and active for minimum of 6 months. Otherwise, your request for adsense account is denied.

Ya, actually I had this problem. I recently signed in with Google Adsense and it went for request confirmation procedure. After which, they mailed me back saying the request has been denied due to the following reasons:
Unacceptable site content: In order to participate in Google AdSense,
publishers' websites and application information must satisfy the
following guidelines:

*Your site must have been active for at least 6 months before you apply
for AdSense.
*You must provide accurate personal information with your application that
matches the information on your page.
*Your website must contain substantial, original content.
*Your site must comply with Google AdSense program policies:
https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=48182 which
include Google's webmaster quality guidelines:
http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769#quality.

Actually, it might be possible that they have these restrictions for blogs. I am actually running blogs. The terms and conditions might be different for websites and blogs.

Swathy, did you sign up via blogger.com or via google.com ??? Did you open your blog, hit "Monetize" tab, and sign up that way? or another way?? Because that might be where you went 'wrong'.

Also, how much are you currently making with your blogs?

Ya....I hit the monetize tab in the blog.....I am not making anything right now but the traffic is pretty good......Can you advise how should I make the adsense account then........

I don;t understand your question? Does what work individually, or together? The two companies in the side bar ( Ampedmedia & Peerfly ) and separate companies. They work independently of each other.
